Make sure that you have 2 files. One is label 5.5x3 patient import.lbl and the other is label.csv.

Note: it doesn't matter what the icon show which program it should run when you double-click. In your case, label.csv may associate with excel. In my case, it associates with text editor. It doesn't matter really. Don't worry too much about it.

So just double click label 5.5x3 patient import.lbl to get the following screen. It's not the test data. It is the template for importing.

Select File->Print or just click at the printer icon at the tool bar.

The program will ask you where to import the data.

Now, just select label.csv you just created.

You'll get the following screen. Now just click ok and go on printing.
