This version includes patient's AN. I also add Edit patient in Edit menu so you can edit patient's name, HNO and AN.

Please download the compressed file and extract it. First, please run update program and then use the program.

This version includes patient's HNO. It will also be exported and printed on the label.

Before using this new version, please run update program to update the database from version 2.14 to 2.15

This version splits Data entry in the available task into 1st Data and 2nd Data entry. You can download whole program of ProjectTracking ver 2.14. Or you can download only the new version of Patient.ABS database and replace the old one.

This version is changed because there is a report from P'Nok that the program cannot find Patient.ABS. This version allows the user to select the database file. It has not been extensively tested. So if version 2.12 is working, please use that version instead. You can download version 2.13 here.

Version 2.12 is available | Sunday 08 August 2004

Admit date has been changed to Enrollment date. And you cannot delete the Enrollment task, you can only change the date because patient record is invalid if there is no enrollment date. The label file now includes the enrollment date. I have modified the label file to print out the information. However, when I test the label file, the printout doesn't show Thai character but garbage. I don't have Thai system install here. Please test whether you can print correctly there.
